Sunmemo Affiliate Program Terms

1. Commission

You earn 30% commission on each completed sale of a Sunmemo license, calculated on the final payment amount after discounts.

Commission applies to both the Personal License ($49.99) and the Family License ($79.99).

2. Attribution

Cookie window: 90 days. First-touch attribution. If a customer clicks your affiliate link and purchases within 90 days, you receive the commission.

3. Payout

Payout term: Net 30. Commission becomes available for withdrawal 30 days after the order is completed, to account for refunds.

Minimum payout threshold: $50.

4. Refund & Cancellation

If the customer requests a refund, the related commission will be reversed and deducted from your affiliate balance.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Do NOT use the Sunmemo brand name or trademark in paid ads.
• Do NOT fake clicks, fake orders, or abuse coupon stacking.
• Do NOT promote on spam sites, adult, or illegal content.

Violation will lead to account suspension and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

6. Right to Modify

We reserve the right to update program rules, commission rate, or terms with prior notice.
