These Terms govern your use of Sunmemo Desktop and the sunmemo.net website. By downloading, installing, or purchasing the software, you agree to these Terms.
Upon payment and a valid license key, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Sunmemo Desktop on the number of devices covered by your chosen plan. This is a one-time purchase for a perpetual license of the version available at the time of purchase. The license binds permanently to the device(s) on which it is activated. Once activated on a device, it cannot be unbound, reset, or transferred to another device.
Sunmemo Desktop, including its design, code, and branding, remains the property of its author. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.
The software is provided "as is". While we work to keep it reliable, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit every specific purpose. You are responsible for backing up your own data, since all notes are stored locally on your device.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost data or lost profits, arising from your use of the software. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
